On Thursday 10 March, in the next ‘Morning Coffee’ meeting, the network of the Finnish artists-in-residence organizers will discuss how the residency network can work together to support artists and art professionals who are trying to flee from Ukraine, Russia or Belarus due to the Russia’s military action in Ukraine. What kind of initiatives and actions, emergency residencies or other resources are developing or have already been created in the art field? Perpetuum Mobile / Artists at Risk (AR) and other operators will talk about emergency resources for artists. The meeting will be held online (Zoom) and discussion will be mainly in English.
The Morning Coffees are a series of meetings for Finnish artists-in-residence organizers. The meetings are organized in cooperation with the Finnish Artists’ Studio Foundation and Saari residence.
