It was founded by metal artist Jouni J\u00e4ppinen, ceramic artist Elina Sorainen, visual artist Jan Lindh and poet Kai Nieminen in 1995. 150 artists, national and international, have worked at Loviisa Artists&#8217; Studio.<\/p>\n<p>The City of Loviisa has discontinued supporting Loviisa Artists&#8217; Studio due to economic reasons.
